Running Is A Lot More Enjoyable Than I Thought Because Of Wonderful Sport Bras
I love to run, but this wasn't always the case. When I was growing up I just did not like sports, and to tell you the fact I still don't care for team sports, but now I really enjoy individual sports like running, bike riding, and hiking. They're so much fun it is crazy.
It all started when I left my full time retail job to pursue A search engine optimization business. I was sitting at my table all day and getting seriously fat. So I started on the awesome couch to 5 k program to get back into shape. It is a pretty cool program, as it allows you to get fit one step at a time. I've been working on it for about 2 months now and really I am enjoying it.
One of the big challenges when I began though was finding sports bras which actually worked for a well-endowed lady like me. The ones at the big box shops just did not control things enough if you know what I mean, but I did find two that I really liked. The Shock Absorber sports bra and The Enell bra. Although I was a little bit amazed at the sticker price of those bras, I must say they work like a charm and make my running much more comfortable. I think I now own 4 or 5 Enell sports bras, I love them very much.
So what do I like about running? I like the freedom that running brings. I love the feeling of making the next goal and running for a little bit longer each time I go out, that is really exciting to me. I love getting out in the morning when it's cool and wonderful outside and I love letting my skin soak up a bit of sun.
Running also makes me more focused on my job, which I am happy to say is a very, very good thing. I am so happy I started, even if at the starting I was a hesitant runner.
