Located in Arcadia this community has a very popular central setting: near to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale as well to the airport. But, it's the design efforts of the owners that again make this community simply eye candy.
Most of the modern homes have been renovated taking on the contemporary needs for today's living while retaining the unique idealism of modernism's purpose of simplicity and in the case of Phoenix of fusing the interior and outside spaces.
